Ensure outgoing TCP on port 30333 is unblocked so your node can establish the WebSocket connection with MiCells-Midnight-Relay. RPC port 9944 is intentionally bound to localhost on our server for security; public HTTPS / WSS access will be routed through rpc.micells.io.

Block producers hold private signing keys and forge blocks. Relay nodes hold no signing keys and act as defensive shields plus network propagators — routing data between producers and the wider network.
